Phil is a local player of York county. He is a 1990 graduate of Dallastown who was on the York County All Star Team. He helped Dallastown win the county championship in 1990 while leading the league in assists and was the second leading goal scorer in the league as well. He presently plays in adult leagues and is very passionate about soccer. He started coaching his two boys on soccer teams about 7 years ago and has been coaching for PSA for one year.
